Is there a minimum order for free delivery?
No, there is no minimum order required! Our delivery is free no matter how small or large your order is. If your garden bed simply needs a top up with just one bag of potting mix, or you are doing a garden makeover and need a truck load, we will delivery it, FREE.
When will my order be delivered?
We make deliveries weekly.
We deliver on Thursdays and Saturdays to the Redlands. You can select your preferred delivery day during checkout.
Our friendly delivery driver will do the heavy lifting for you and place your garden products wherever is most convenient for you.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
No problem! If you’re not home, our delivery driver will leave your order in a safe, designated spot. Please let us know at checkout if you have specific instructions for where to leave your items.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Yes, if you need to make changes to your order, please use our contact us page to reach out as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure online checkout. You can also choose to pay on delivery by EFTPOS or cash if that’s more convenient for you.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, we are committed to offering environmentally friendly gardening products. Many of our composts, mulches, and fertilizers are organic and sustainably sourced to support both your garden and the environment.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll arrange for a return or exchange, subject to our return policy.
